Why Choose Us
Our products are designed with materials of the highest quality, without compromising on aesthetics and design. We have something for everyone.
We place a high value on customer satisfaction. We go the extra mile to make sure that our clients are happy with our service.
Alita Tile was founded in 1989 by Dennis Rudnick, a tile industry veteran with over a decade of experience. When he started his business, he knew that he had the vision, drive, and expertise to make Alita Tile unique and unlike any other brand in the market. Though times were tough for the family, with knowledge, experience, and a lot of family support, Dennis was able to stand by his dedication to quality service and 100% client satisfaction. He built his business on the ideals of the phrase, “I can afford to lose a sale, but I can’t afford to lose a customer.”
Instilling this value into his son Michael, who now runs the company, Alita Tile has reached new heights of success by providing clients with top-quality products and unsurpassed customer service. The business has been in Michael’s family since he was a kid, and he knows the ins and outs of all warehouse operations. In addition to maintaining good inventory counts on hand, he makes sure every order is inspected for quality before it’s shipped out or picked up by the customer. Michael has hired new designers to help Alita Tile stay on top of the latest trends and provide his customers with an enhanced experience.
